We've hired Adelio's Contracting a number of times since we bought our Shaker Heights home in 2004. After our first job, Adelio’s son Sergio Difranco seamlessly took the reigns and has managed the firm with the same service-oriented care that his father nurtured into the business. Since then Adelio’s Contracting, under Sergio’s management, has replaced the sanitary and storm sewer tiles from house-to-street; waterproofed our basement/foundation and replaced aged storm sewer drain tiles; blasted debris from the storm sewer system; resolved issues with the sanitary system even though it was in the City’s domain, providing initial resolution, scoping the problem, and working with the City on our behalf just to get the issue resolved. During one major waterproofing job, Sergio’s team did a beautiful job rebuilding our stone porch and fixed a structural issue that was discovered during the job (no small feat). The flexibility and varied skills that Adelio’s Contracting brings to the job site allowed us to avoid having to work with multiple tradesmen and crews, greatly simplifying our experience.

Later we stepped outside during the break, to see how deep the trench was, from the porch side. We were all impressed and shocked on how straight and deep it needed to be,. It seemed like 6 inches from the porch, or even less. Cut clean like a surgeon. The whole family is grateful for the excellent care on this 125 year old porch and home.
